BABY SIGN LANGUAGE Well, we’ve started signing with Evan. So far we’re working on MORE, MILK, and ALL DONE.

However, he’s had this one down since birth:

ANOTHER NOT-SO-EXCITING POST Laundry day is just about everyday. Last night everyone got involved, including Wrigley. Useless picture count is up to around 900. Yea, 900.

THE BOYS Last night we had dinner with my cousin Randy, his wife Amy and their 1 1/2-year-old son Jackson. Isn't it ironic that Eric looks as if he's the one who needs a nap?

LEISURE SUIT My mom got Evan a few new sleepers, and this one is my favorite. The top button came undone, and of course I had to snap a picture of Evan doing his best "Elvis."

YES! Evan hit another milestone last night ... he slept through the night for the fist time.

Actually, I think it's more of a milestone for Eric and myself. Here is the timeline:

8:50pm: Eric feeds Evan
9:12pm: Evan falls asleep in his crib
10:01pm: Beth tells Eric a story about a cute dog she saw earlier in the day, Eric doesn't listen. But she doesn't blame him, it was not a very good story, and the dog wasn't that cute
11:34pm: Beth goes into Evan's room and rocks him back to sleep (we don't count this as getting up because we don't have to feed him)
12:45am: Eric goes to the bathroom, waking up Beth
6:04am: Evan wakes up, starving!

Way to go Evan!

THE WISCONSIN STATE JOURNAL I've done a lot of embarrassing things. A LOT. And on one of the most important days of one's life, I had a top-ten moment. I forgot the flowers as I walked down the aisle at our wedding, and then the pastor made me do it again. Click on the image for the whole story. The reason for the post is that our story was featured in our local paper (also where I'm currently employed, so I had the hook-up).

CALENDAR For quick reference. If I didn't take so many pictures of Evan, I probably wouldn't have the desire to make so many things that focus on him. It's a sickness.
