Father's Day.

To celebrate Father's Day we headed to the Dells for some shopping and playing at Mt. Olympus. It was a little chilly, but that didn't stop Eric & Evan from having fun. When we got back home I made sure to take some cute pics of Eric with his kids. He's a great Dad!

Yesterday Grace helped me with the laundry...ok, instead she grabbed a few of her onesies and threw them over her face :) Afterwards we went to Culvers for dinner (and then to the baseball field so Evan could watch a little bit). Anyway, Culvers was celebrating their 15th Anniversary, and they had a characteristic there who asked if he could draw Grace...well, of course he could! Gracie sat in her carseat, just staring at him being the perfect model. Turned out pretty cute.

Over the holiday weekend we had many cookouts and family meals...and we got to meet Brady's new girlfriend, Katie. It was amusing - all weekend long Evan called her "different Katie" (because she wasn't Aunt Katie, my sister). The things kids say :)

Vilas Zoo 100th Birthday.

We helped the zoo turn 100 on Saturday by enjoying a ride on the carousel, train, and playing at the park. It was especially cool to see penguins up close and the red panda active in his "cage". Evan also was able to feed the goats - very exciting for him!
