Well, another weekend in the Dells is in the book. We invited Tracy & Max, the Young's, Kit and my mom to join us at the Wilderness, an incredible resort that was a little too big :) It took awhile to walk to the 4 water parks, but we still had a blast. Lots of pictures below!

There also was a winter festival going on so we stopped by and Evan took his first ride on a pony. He loved it. I was thinking he'd get up on the pony and then want to get off immediately, but he went around 3 times and smiled the whole time!

We awoke Sunday morning to quite the beautiful city...so we ventured out for some photos. Well, Eric and Evan stayed in the car and watched me take the pictures.

Last night Eric and Evan were messing around with my computer and found the internal camera. I guess Evan was having fun making faces because there were many photos on my desktop that look like this:

The other day Isabelle, a sweet lady in the water exercise class (who is 98 years old!) requested that she have her picture taken with Evan. She wants Eric to put the picture on the scoreboard to show that young and old alike can use the pool. I was very glad that Evan cooperated for the picture :)

Yesterday Eric and I both picked up Evan from daycare and I'm glad we were both there to hear the story. Emma, Judy's oldest daughter who is a senior in HS, met us at the door with a huge smile. She said she had an important question for us...could Evan be her date for prom?

We were like, um, what? She then proceeds to tell us that she was looking at pictures with Evan and they came upon an old homecoming photo of her in a gown and Evan says "Ohhhh, princess," which of course Emma and Judy found adorable and hysterical. So apparently Evan is busy on whatever night Verona is holding prom :)

Since it's obviously cold outside, we jumped at the offer from Christopher and his mom to head to the local kids center to let the kids run around. It was the perfect way to spend a frigid weekend morning!

uw men's hockey.

Another outing with the Cagle family. Man, they are all over this blog :) Evan loves hanging out with Bennett. Here he is trying to score a goal at intermission.

u.s. bank eve.

New Year's Eve was a family night, which was great because we could be home by 8:00 pm and and to bed by 9:00 pm :) I am so old...and don't really miss the days of partying and staying up late. Anyways, we headed to the Monona Terrace for a magic show, bounce houses and train rides. It was fun.
