One of the many meltdowns the day after Gracie didn't get a nap and had too much fun at Evan's party! I believe this meltdown was a reaction to me not picking the right episode of Mickey Mouse for her to watch.

 

We had Evan's 6th birthday party at our house over the weekend. He keeps telling me he wishes he could do the day over and over again :) Sure sign of a fun party. We water balloons with a slingshot, pinata, Ninja Turtle cake, and an intense game of baseball. He got some great gifts and was so happy to have his friends and family there. Wednesday. Grace has been a little under the weather, as you can see from her snuggling in our bed. But that doesn't stop us, we still managed to get to the new splash pad in Fitchburg (which was PACKED) and lunch at Subway.

 

 

 

 

Waiting for Evan's birthday present from Grandma and Grandpa. This is apparently how Gracie covers her eyes when told not to peek :)

 

Steve hosted a going-to-college party for Laura, Austin, Matt & Jon at his house, and it was great. Evan especially loved playing baseball with Jon, Mick and Matt. It was quite amusing to watch the boys demolish the plastic bat by hitting as hard as they could. As you can see, Grace had quite the conversation with Raz, Anne's little dog.
